Common questions
- —Widget not showing? Check Settings → Widget for the install code. Make sure the script is in your site's <head> or footer.
- —SMS not sending? Verify your Twilio credentials in Settings and confirm the lead has a valid UK mobile number.
- —Billing issue? Go to Settings → Billing to update your payment method or view invoices.
- —Want to cancel? Email us or go to Settings → Billing → Cancel. Your data is retained for 30 days.
