Send us an email at support@zypflow.co.uk. Include your business name so we can pull up your account.

Common questions

  • Widget not showing? Check Settings → Widget for the install code. Make sure the script is in your site's <head> or footer.
  • SMS not sending? Verify your Twilio credentials in Settings and confirm the lead has a valid UK mobile number.
  • Billing issue? Go to Settings → Billing to update your payment method or view invoices.
  • Want to cancel? Email us or go to Settings → Billing → Cancel. Your data is retained for 30 days.
