1. Who we are

Zypflow provides a managed revenue and client-operations platform for UK service businesses. Questions can be sent to hello@zypflow.co.uk.

2. What we collect

  • Account details such as name, email, phone number, business name, and billing contacts.
  • Business setup data such as services, booking links, review links, prompts, and brand assets.
  • Lead and customer data such as contact details, conversations, booking state, and follow-up history.
  • Payment and usage data such as subscription state, invoices, logs, and limited device information.

3. Why we use it

  • To run the platform, including lead capture, reminders, reviews, reporting, and support.
  • To keep the service secure, reliable, and measurable.
  • To manage billing, notices, and service communications.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Our role

For business and client workflows, the business usually remains the controller and Zypflow acts as a processor or service provider. For our own billing, site analytics, and security functions, we may act as a controller.

5. Sharing and providers

We use selected infrastructure providers to operate the service. Depending on setup, these may include Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Vercel, OpenAI, Anthropic, PostHog, and Sentry.

6. Retention and transfers

We keep data while an account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation unless a shorter retention policy or a legal obligation applies. Some providers may process data outside the UK and use contractual safeguards where relevant.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or export personal data. Email hello@zypflow.co.uk to make a request.

8. Messaging and opt-out

Businesses are responsible for using the platform lawfully, including any required consent or suppression handling. Where supported, Zypflow processes opt-out actions automatically.

9. Security and contact
